O God, Thou didst raise Thy servant, Ignatius the Patriarch, to the sacred priesthood of Jesus Christ, according to the Order of Melchisedech, giving him the sublime power to offer the Eternal Sacrifice, to bring the Body and Blood of Thy Son Jesus Christ down upon the altar, and to absolve the sins of men in Thine own Holy Name. We beseech Thee to reward his faithfulness and to forget his faults, admitting him speedily into Thy Holy Presence, there to enjoy forever the recompense of his labors. This we ask through Jesus Christ Thy Son, our Lord. Amen.

From what I have been able to gather, since the death of Patriarch Maxim of Bulgaria, last month, HB Ignatius IV was the oldest serving Patriarch of Christendom.
With his repose, that "title" now belongs to Benedict XVI, aged 85.
Patriarch Emmanuel III of the Chaldeans is also 85 but some months younger.
Of course Patriarch Nasrallah Sfeir is 92, but no longer serving since 2011.
Am I missing something?

Also, this is the fourth death of a Patriarch this year, as far as I can remember...
Shenouda III, Paulos of Ethiopia, Maxim of Bulgaria and now Ignatius IV.
Were there any others?

Were there any others? Plus the Armenian Orthodox Patriarch Torkom Manoogian of Jerusalem.

May the memory of the Lord's servant, the High Priest Ignatius, be eternal and thrice-blessed.
