What's included in the sale? The iconostas, religious items, altar? Is it all inclusive or just the empty church and pews?

I don't know what is included in the sale. The church interior went through extensive renovations in the last 10 years or so. Realtor is Arnold Grant Realty.

I've got to believe empty church and pews. I'm sure, based on what I have seen over the years. Things like the iconostas & altar (if removeable) will be retained by the eparchy for future use in other parishes. If there is any type of hall below the church building, i'm pretty sure that would include everything. The eparchy doesn't want pots and pans and dishes
