What is the name of the embroidered cloth you drape around an icon and where can you order one?

It is sometimes called, in English, an "icon scarf." Or in Ukrainian, a "rushnyk" or embroidered towel.

If you live anywhere near a Ukrainian or Russian store, they will have such for sale.

I've seen one internet store have them, but they were rather of poor quality and colours.
