When I was living in Philadelphia, I went to a Ukrainian Catholic church, that followed old calander,and they had a married priest. I belived that they were not under the Philadelphia Metropolitia, but directly under Rome. Do such churches still exist? Are there any others in the USA. Where are they ?

Dear Alex, I think we have arrived at what we might call the "Basilian Paradox". Isn't the Pope the guy who has repeatedly told us that we should return to our Eastern roots? John, that is a great one..."Ukrainian Paradox".
There is a parish is in Silver Spring, Maryland (Holy Trinity) that might fit your description. It was formed by a group that wanted to maintain the Old Calendar and they had a married priest (Father Taras Lonchyna, older brother of newly consecrated Studite Bishop Hlib Lonchyna).
You might also probably thinking about Sts. Volodymyr and Olha (V&O) in Chicago, which petitioned to be a "patriarchal parish" at its inception in 1969 as Bishop Gabbro in Chicago, on very bad advice, had implemented the Gregorian Calendar across the board instead of letting the parishes decide themselves.
The Old Calendar people left St. Nicholas Cathedral and built their own parish two blocks away with the blessing of Patriarch Slipyj. His trip to bless the church was one of the last trips he made. The parish petitioned to the Patriarch as the next instance, as provided in canon law, since they could not reach resolution with the Bishop.
The next Bishop, Innocent (Lototsky) did much to reconcile the factions and V&O is considered an eparchial church now. It is one of the most beautiful Eastern churches in the USA, Orthodox or Catholic, for anyone that has been there. They have Vespers every Saturday night and both Vespers and Matins for feast days.
I don't think there are any more of the old "patriarchal" parishes left in the US. This was a canonical means for those who wanted to be more authentic to their tradition (sticking with the Old Calendar, having Vespers and a more full liturgical life, etc.) establish such parishes which often required appealing above the heads of the latinized hierarchy of the 1960s and 1970s to Patriarch Josyp who was very sympathetic to these groups.
