Below are some photos from Sunday's Life Profession of Sister (now Mother) Cecilia & Sister (now Mother) Gabriella at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Parma, OH.
After several years of discernment & experience in living the monastic life as a dokimos (postulant) & then as a rasophore (“robe-bearer”) nun after their tonsure, these Sisters made their life profession to commit their whole life to Christ as His bride.
It was such a beautiful & moving ceremony! It was wonderful to see the Cathedral packed with priests, religious sisters, seminarians & others there to witness this important step in the life of the Sisters at Christ the Bridegroom Monastery. Six Sisters in six years...may they continue to grow!
