Christos Anesti!

I join with my brother and friend, Bob, in prayer that a blessed Pascha was had by all of our friends and brethren who observe the Old Calendar!

Many years,

Neil

Christ is Risen!

I kind of celebrated Holy Week and Pascha twice this year. I watched most of the online services on YouTube from the Greek Catholic Cathedral in Uzhorod, from St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Paris, from St. Tikhon's Monastery and from a few other places.

One of my favorites was when a young deacon was incensing between the odes during Pascha Matins. He was absolutely radiating joy as he yelled "Christos Voskerese!". The people thundered back "Voistinnu Voskrese!"
