I recently read that the USCCB will most likely put out the final "Liturgical Bible" version of the NAB sometime in 2025. I know the Ruthenian Church uses an older version of the NAB in their lectionary. Does anyone know if it is likely if the lectionary for the Byzantine Catholic Church (or any other Eastern Catholic body) will be revised based on this updated translation?

I don't know enough about that. Any idea what they're replacing the NAB with?

Not replacing. Done revising. The Revised NAB that you buy in the book store will match the Revised NAB used in the lectionary.

At least for me, Fr. Deacon, that explains a lot.
