WASHINGTON - Pope Francis has appointed Reverend Artur Bubnevych, as Bishop of the Byzantine Eparchy of Holy Protection of Mary. Bishop-elect Bubnevych is a priest of Holy Protection of Mary Byzantine Catholic Eparchy of Phoenix and currently serves as pastor of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Byzantine Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
